Referring to the equipment for exterior treatment, we have automatic coating lines from Germany, manual coating lines, oil paint line and drawbenches. Besides, the relative inspection and testing instrument are available for measuring the coating film thickness, inspecting the chromatic aberration, testing the mechanical performance, such as coating adhesion and impacting as well as inspecting the corruption. We use the most advanced sheet metal software which can automatically program and make flow chart in order to shorten the preparing time in the beginning and reduce manual mistakes.
